Harmoni is a factory orchestration platform that works between existing ERP and MES systems, connected machines, operators, and engineering requirements. Rather than replacing those systems, it improves execution by bringing their relevant information into the workcenter. It can automate records back to the ERP while using real-time machine and job context to guide production activity as it occurs.

Harmoni supports a broad range of CNC controls and manufacturing equipment, including Mazak, Haas, Fanuc, Heidenhain, Siemens, DMG MORI, Makino, and Fadal. It is MTConnect-native where supported and can use adapter layers for older controls. The platform is designed to connect with existing equipment, so a machine replacement is not required to gain monitoring and orchestration capabilities.

Harmoni provides native integrations for Epicor, Infor and Infor Visual, ECI JobBoss and JobBoss2, ABAS, and ODOO. Custom integrations for legacy and on-premise ERP systems are available on request. The integration can automatically push labor records, machine production time, scrap, and quality data into the ERP, reducing CSV imports, manual entry, and reconciliation work.

Harmoni uses long-range RFID technology to automatically identify nearby operators and jobs at the machine without routine badge swipes or keyboard entry. Based on the detected job and part revision, the platform can surface the applicable work instructions and related production context. It also supports automatic time-and-attendance records that can be passed to integrated ERP systems for more accurate job costing.

Yes. Automated program loading can load the correct CNC program, settings, offsets, and tool data according to the RFID-detected job and part revision. Digital work instructions can also present current setup sheets, drawings, and SOPs at the machine. Together, these controls reduce reliance on paper documents and manual program selection, which helps prevent wrong-program and wrong-revision mistakes.

Harmoni’s digital checksheets replace paper in-process inspection forms with electronic records completed at the machine. They track measurements digitally, support real-time quality trends, and create an auditable quality record for each job. Digital work instructions and checksheets can support documentation practices relevant to ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, and CMMC-related requirements.

Harmoni is designed to deploy in weeks and does not require manufacturers to replace their existing machines. Implementation needs will vary based on the equipment, CNC controls, ERP environment, and workflows involved.
