It supports major CNC controls such as Mazak, Haas, Fanuc, Heidenhain, Siemens, DMG MORI, Makino, and Fadal, with MTConnect-native connectivity where available and adapter layers for older controls.

RFID job identification helps prevent wrong-program and wrong-revision errors by confirming the job and part revision at the machine. Harmoni can then automatically deliver the correct CNC program, settings, offsets, tool data, work instructions, setup sheets, drawings, and SOPs, reducing scrap and improving consistency across shifts.

Harmoni supports secure machine workflows with multi-factor authentication, machine access control, and audit logs showing who accessed which machine, program, and job. A Government Cloud deployment option is available for defense contractors handling Controlled Unclassified Information, supporting DFARS-aligned practices and CMMC access management requirements.
