It can automatically push labor records, machine production time, scrap, and quality data into ERP workflows, reducing manual entry, CSV imports, and reconciliation work.

Harmoni connects to existing CNC and manufacturing equipment without requiring machine replacement. It supports major controls from Mazak, Haas, Fanuc, Heidenhain, Siemens, DMG MORI, Makino, and Fadal, using MTConnect where available and adapter layers for older controls. Automated program loading uses RFID-detected job and part-revision information to load the correct CNC program, settings, offsets, and tool data.
