Where available, it uses MTConnect; adapter layers help connect older controls so manufacturers can collect machine data across mixed fleets.

The platform can collect live machine status, cycle-time data, utilization, downtime classifications, and OEE inputs from connected equipment. RFID-based identification can automatically associate employees and jobs with a workcenter. Harmoni can also capture digital inspection measurements, work completion activity, labor records, scrap, and quality data for use in ERP and operational reporting.

Harmoni uses long-range RFID to identify an operator and job as they approach a machine, without requiring manual badge swipes or keyboard entry. That context can trigger the correct work instructions, setup information, and CNC program for the active part revision. Yes. Automated program loading uses the RFID-detected job and part revision to load the appropriate CNC program, settings, offsets, and tool data. Harmoni’s digital checksheets replace paper in-process inspection forms with electronic records completed at the machine. Digital work instructions and checksheets can support documentation programs associated with ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, and CMMC-related manufacturing requirements.
