A connected machine platform links manufacturing equipment with the people, production jobs, ERP data, quality records, and engineering documents that govern work on the shop floor. Harmoni collects machine status and production data, adds operator and job context through RFID, and makes the resulting information available at the workcenter and through dashboards. This helps teams coordinate execution rather than simply monitor disconnected signals.

Harmoni connects to existing CNC controls and manufacturing equipment, including Mazak, Haas, Fanuc, Heidenhain, Siemens, DMG MORI, Makino, and Fadal environments. It uses MTConnect where supported and adapter layers for older controls. The platform is designed to work with current equipment rather than require replacement, bringing live status, cycle-time, utilization, and downtime information into a unified operational layer.

Harmoni offers native integrations with Epicor, Infor and Infor Visual, ECI JobBoss and JobBoss2, ABAS, and ODOO. Custom integrations for legacy and on-premise ERP systems are also available on request. The platform can automatically send labor records, machine production time, scrap, and quality data to the ERP, reducing manual entry, CSV imports, and daily reconciliation work.

Harmoni dashboards can bring together real-time machine data, ERP transactional data, RFID labor tracking, and quality data. Views can be tailored for plant managers, supervisors, engineers, schedulers, and executives, with live, hourly, shift, daily, or weekly cadence. Common measures include OEE, machine utilization, downtime, job costing, labor productivity, scrap, quality performance, and on-time delivery.

Harmoni’s long-range RFID technology identifies nearby operators and jobs at the machine without manual badge swipes or keyboard entry. That context can trigger the correct program, work instructions, and time-and-attendance tracking for the job. Accurate labor records can then flow into the ERP for job costing, while operators spend less time on administrative steps and more time on productive work.

Yes. Automated Program Loading uses the RFID-detected job and part revision to load the correct CNC program, settings, offsets, and tool data. Digital Work Instructions can also display the approved drawings, setup sheets, and SOPs at the machine. Together, these controls reduce reliance on paper, prevent wrong-program and wrong-revision mistakes, and support consistent execution at the workcenter.

Harmoni Digital Checksheets replace paper in-process inspection forms with electronic records completed at the machine. They capture measurements digitally, provide real-time quality trends, and create an auditable record by job. The platform supports documentation needs associated with ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949, and ISO 13485. Machine-side MFA and audit logs also support access-management practices relevant to DFARS and CMMC frameworks.
