Harmoni combines this machine data with operator activity, quality information, and ERP context, so teams can see not only that a machine is idle or stopped, but also investigate reasons such as changeovers, breakdowns, material waits, operator waits, or quality holds.

Harmoni supports digital checksheets that replace paper in-process inspection forms at the machine. Digital work instructions also help ensure the current drawings, setup sheets, SOPs, and revision-controlled information are available to the operator at the appropriate workcenter.
