Labor Efficiency Platform for Manufacturing

OEE measures equipment effectiveness through availability, performance, and quality. OLE, or Overall Labor Effectiveness, applies a similar concept to labor by examining how effectively available working time produces valuable output. The measures answer different questions, but connected machine and operator data can reveal how equipment performance, labor activity, downtime, quality, and process interruptions influence one another.

A common approach is to compare standard or expected labor time for completed work with the actual labor time used, then express the result as a percentage.
