MTConnect-native connections are used where available, while adapter layers can support older controls. Existing machines can remain in place.

Rather than providing only a single score, it can reveal specific loss categories such as changeovers, breakdowns, micro-stops, material waits, operator waits, and quality holds. Harmoni offers native integrations with Epicor, Infor, Infor Visual, ECI JobBoss, JobBoss2, ABAS, and ODOO. It can also support custom integrations for legacy and on-premise ERP environments. The platform can push labor records, machine production time, scrap, and quality data into ERP workflows automatically, reducing manual entry, CSV imports, and time-consuming reconciliation.

Yes. Harmoni is designed to connect with existing equipment regardless of age or manufacturer, so a machine replacement project is not required to improve visibility. The platform supports a broad range of CNC controls and can use adapter layers for older controls when a native connection is unavailable. Documentation, integration support, and on-site startup assistance are available.

Harmoni’s long-range RFID technology can identify operators and jobs as they approach a workcenter, without repeated badge swipes or keyboard entry.
