Correct Work Instructions Every Time
Link your work instructions to parts, revisions, operations, or machines. The Harmoni terminal uses RFID to know what job you are working on and will automatically pull up the correct work instructions right at the machine.
Integrated Server for Your Machine Programs
The Harmoni terminal becomes a software server for the machine it is connected to. As the job the machine operators are working on is detected (either via RFID tags, barcode scan, or manual input) the correct programs will be presented for loading on the program code tab. A tab will be presented for each job the operator is clocked onto. Within each job tab, operators simply need to tap the button for the program they wish to load.
If changes are made at the machine, operators can simply select “get changes”, which will trigger an alert, sent via text and email, notifying the necessary parties of the changes. All changes must be approved before the new program is set as the current revision.

Your machine operators will have a digital checklist and all the information they need about the inspection method before they begin. Check frequency, target value, tolerances, and suggested tools to use for measurement are all provided right on the Harmoni screen before production begins.
