Maradyne’s leadership team can now access live data on production processes in real-time, enabling supervisors and managers to track performance and quickly identify bottlenecks. Harmoni has streamlined workflows, allowing Maradyne to consistently meet production goals through a structured approach to job assignments, complete with standardized processes and clear guidelines for each station and worker. Previously, Maradyne relied on open-order reports for job assignments, which resulted in inefficiencies, errors, and challenges in tracking progress. The transition to Harmoni’s digital system enhances job accuracy and accountability.

Due to the substantial operational changes in the Turbo department, Maradyne has only partially utilized Harmoni’s full potential. Harmoni can seamlessly integrate with Maradyne’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, facilitating accurate inventory management, efficient job issuance and closure, and more precise cost calculations. However, Maradyne’s unfamiliarity with this level of automation has led to a gradual adoption of Harmoni. Currently, the limitations they face arise from their risk-averse approach and reliance on outdated systems and practices.
