Time tracking starts on the ‘People’ tab.  The terminal may be on a different tab when you arrive, if so simply tap the icon highlighted here:

When on this screen, if your badge has already been detected by the antenna, your name will be listed as a button on the screen like so:

If you see multiple employee names listed here, it simply means that the antenna has detected their badges as well and is no cause for concern.

In this scenario, simply tap the button with your name and proceed to the next section Clocking In For The Day.

If instead when you view the People screen you see another employee’s name on a screen like this:

It indicates that another operator has themself selected (i.e. they tapped the button with their name on it).  In this scenario, simply tap the ‘All Employees’ button in the upper right to unselect this employee so you can instead select yourself:

Doing this doesn’t clock out or in any way change the time record for the other employee.  It is simply changing the screen so that you are not viewing them. 

If you see your name upon tapping ‘All Employees’, next tap the button with your name and proceed to the next section Clocking In For The Day.

If on the ‘People’ tab you do not see your name, you may manually add yourself by tapping either this button (which would be present when NO employee tags are detected):

Or the button in the lower right corner and then tapping ‘Add Employee’ if we have detected some tags but just not yours. 

In either case, you will next see a pop-up asking you to enter your employee ID:

Simply key that in, press OK, and proceed to the next section Clocking In For The Day.
